No Makeup, Makeup Look

Everyone likes the whole “no makeup” make up look right? Good, me too! Here’s the scoop on how I get mine.
For starters, I have tried A LOT of tinted moisturizers… from drug store to high-end. I have found the one whom my skin loves! Tula Face Filter Primer is my newest obsession. It provides a light tint that helps with coverage and to even out my skin tone, and bonus- it is actually good for my skin! I have pretty bold rosacea on my cheeks, so I appreciate product that won’t make it worse. Next we have the Tarte Amazonian Clay Concealer and the Amazonian Clay Powder Foundation. These two items together are the dream team. The concealer is creamy and non-drying and the powder foundation is light and buildable! Gives me just enough color, but doesn’t cover up my freckles! Then we go into our setting powder which is honestly one of those finds that I was not expecting to like. But this stuff works! Airspun Translucent Powder is the bombbb. It is very inexpensive and you get so much product in the container! I use it on my t-zone to help with shine and any movement my makeup may have through the day. On to one of my personal favs, BRONZERRR! This one is what dreams are made of. Milani Silky Matte Bronzer is such an easy product to use and is a major dupe for lots of high end options. It is offered in a ton of colors too! To complete the now bronzed face, I follow with the Milani Baked Blush. This is another personal fav because this color is the perfect touch of mauvey-pink to brighten up the face! This too comes in a bunch of beautiful shades.

Once I’ve got all the face steps down, I tackle the brows. Now I’m all about a full natural look, so I prefer a gel rather than pomade. However, I don’t have enough going on with my natural brows to achieve this look on my own, so I use a secret weapon! Rodan and Fields launched their new Brow Defining Boost not too long ago, and I’ve been hooked ever since. This not only gives your brows color and definition- it also helps them GROW over time! Double score! Moving to the eyes, I have a lash obsession. I personally like the long separated look and the L’Oréal Telescopic Mascara does that and more! This is by far the best applicator I have used in that it grabs all your lashes and really helps to lift and separate them. Just try it, you’ll see.

Finally we are at the finishing touches, which means highlight, set the face, and add lips! I will say that just about any highlighter will work, but I’ve enjoyed the Mary-Lou Manizer by The Balm. It is a classic shine with no crazy coloring so it can be used all over! I pop it in the corners of the eyes, nose, and check bones. Really completes the look! There is a difference between shimmer and sparkle. We are notttt going for glitter. Going back to my friend Tula, I use the Signature Glow Refreshing and Brightening Face Mist to lock it all in. This is like spraying perfume on your face it smells so good and good FOR your skin! The superfoods used in the ingredients are very beneficial to your skin and make everything look fresh! Last but not least, I moisturize and tint my lips with the Laneige Glowy Balm in Berry! This. Is. Amazing. It enhances your natural lip color, hydrates like crazy, and smells delicious!

And there ya have it! Your “no makeup” makeup look for any day of the week. Looking good in your skin is always a win for me!
